Prospective cohort to evaluate the dialytic clearance of tranexamic acid.

Who Can Participate?

✓ Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adults receiving maintenance HD (>3 months since dialysis start)
  • •Undergoing cardiac surgery or orthopedic surgery
  • •Planned perioperative use of intravenous tranexamic acid
  • •Routine HD planned within 24 hours after surgery
